Tammy Aagard is the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management at the University of Florida.
She has nearly 30 years of experience in higher education.
Her current role includes oversight of the offices of Admissions, Student Financial Affairs, and UF Online Enrollment Services.
Her previous experience includes enrollment management areas of admissions, academic advising, graduate school, financial aid, and registrar at the University of Wyoming.
She also has experience in athletics at Washington State University.
Kellie Kane is Executive Director of Admissions at the University of Pittsburgh.
She has 20 years’ experience in admissions and enrollment of undergraduates.
Since 2012, she has been helping Pitt become a leader in college and university enrollment management services by developing cutting-edge student-centered processes and practices.
She is Pitt’s representative to the Association of Chief Admissions Officers at Public Universities, which is largely comprised of admissions directors.
Kane earned both her bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Pitt.
Ashley Nguyen is the Associate Director of Admission at Pepperdine University.
In her role, Ashley serves as the Admission Committee Chair, Transfer Admission Counselor, Diversity, Access & Inclusion Lead, and manages the Admission Counseling Team.
She is a College Board ELA Alumna.
She has spent 7 years in admission working at Pepperdine University, where she is a double alumna.
Kenton Pauls works closely with leaders in higher education in support of ACT's mission of helping people achieve education and workplace success as national director for higher education at
Kenton has over 20 years of leadership experience in admissions and enrollment management at public and private institutions in the United States as well as Canada.
Prior to joining ACT in July 2015, he was Dean of Enrollment Management at Northwestern College in Iowa.
Pauls earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration at Trinity Western University and an MBA from the University of North Dakota.
