Krista MatternKrista Mattern is director of statistical and applied research for ACT. Her research focuses on evaluating the validity and fairness of both cognitive and noncognitive measures for predicting student success. She is also interested in higher education issues such as college choice, major selection, and college completion. Dr. Mattern received her PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Joann MooreJoann Moore is a research scientist in statistical and applied research at ACT, specializing in prediction of secondary and postsecondary outcomes from academic and noncognitive factors. She has a PhD in Educational Measurement and Statistics from The University of Iowa.
Justine RadunzelJustine Radunzel is a principal research scientist in statistical and applied research at ACT, specializing in postsecondary outcomes research and validity evidence for the ACT test. She earned her PhD degree in Applied Mathematics with a Statistics Emphasis from the University of Arizona–Tucson.
