Before you begin, identify the following:
- Authorized Signatory - the person and contact information who has the authority to authorize the ACT District Testing agreement
- Contract Coordinator - the person who will establish the ACT District Testing program at your school(s) and will receive initial communications from ACT
- Alternative Contact - the alternate contact must be different from the Contract Coordinator and Authorized Signatory
- Number of schools - the number of schools the agreement will cover
- Estimated number of students who will take the ACT test
- Percentage of students who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch Programs
- Desired Testing Dates - select from testing dates table below
- Desired Testing Option - select from writing or no writing below
